DAY ONE: RECOGNITION + REMEMBRANCE
Arriving. Seeing. Descending.

We begin. You arrive not just physically but energetically. We create the container. We name the ache, see the cage, excavate what's been buried. We descend into your body, your bones, the place where your essence has been waiting. This is the foundation.

DAY TWO: RELEASE
The purge. Primal. Messy. Necessary.

This is the day that changes everything. The somatic purge. No thinking. No strategizing. Just your body releasing what it's been holding. This is where performance dies and truth breaks through.

DAY THREE: RETURN + ROOTING
Integration. Embodiment. Anchoring.

You come home. To essence. To sovereignty. To yourself. We integrate what's shifted. You embody the new way of being. You return a different woman than you came.

What's included:

  • 3 full days of intensive 1:1 mentorship - Approximately 4-6 hours/day of active transformational work

  • Pre-immersion preparation call - We design the container together before you arrive

  • Customized ceremonies and somatic practices - Tailored precisely to where you are and what you need

  • 30 days of post-immersion integration support - via Telegram to anchor the shifts after you leave

Location: At your chosen location (your home, rented private space, retreat center)

Not included (your responsibility):

  • Travel costs for facilitator to/from location

  • Accommodations for facilitator during the immersion

  • Meals for facilitator

  • Venue costs (if not at your private residence)

  • Separate accommodations for facilitator between sessions
