Mama, Mother, Ma is a three part offering - a gift to yourself. A yes to acknowledging the You who will re-cognize Herself. Her Essence. Her Truth.

Mama takes a look at how we mother in the world - our physical children or others’, our partners, our animals, our work in the world. How we give and how resourced or depleted we feel from it all.

Mother is about our relationship with mothering ourselves. What stories are playing out in our lives today based on how we were mothered (or not)? What has the generational experience with mothering been? How do we nurture and nourish ourselves (or not)?

Ma - In cultures the world over, this two letter word signifies the life-giving force that sustains us all. In deepening our relationship with Her, in opening to and allowing Her in we can begin to know the Truth of our Essence. That She is always with us. Holding us. Sustaining us. Through it ALL.

It is in the weaving of these three essential components that we can begin to come home to ourselves. It is in opening to and allowing these parts of ourselves to be all that we truly are that the greater world at large begins to heal.
