This is for the over-spenders, the over-caretakers, the overeaters, the abuse survivors.
For daughters of alcoholics and addicts. The addicts and alcoholics themselves.
For the women who have spiraled through the 12 Steps again and again, and know
the bones of recovery are sacred - but still bare.
STEPPING INTO HER is where the flesh returns.
Where breath fills the skeleton.
Where sobriety ceases to be survival and ripens into sovereignty.
Here, you are no longer stamped with the word “addict.”

Her body. Her breath. Her own.
Who This Spiral Calls
This path is not for the faint of heart.
It is for you if your soul craves:
To be seen not as broken, but as whole.
To let your shadow be a doorway instead of a defect.
To taste recovery that doesn’t just abstain — it awakens.
To spiral upward instead of simply climbing. To soften instead of harden. To be held instead of punished and pushed.
To finally embody Her — the sovereign, sensual, whole and holy woman beneath the old labels and names.

The name of this offering is inspired by the 12 Step tome known as the 12x12 in a divine dance with the 13 of the Sacred Feminine as well as by my training in the 13 Moon Mystery School. Universally, the 12 is representative of the masculine and the 13, the feminine.
Stepping into Her, the next step in our evolution collectively, requires an embrace of both of these polarities - in a wholly new and healthy way. Within - and in the world at large.
It’s very apparent how toxic the centuries-old masculine paradigm has become. Judging. Controlling. Blaming. Pushing. Power over.
During those centuries we had collapsed and been coerced into an exceedingly weakened, unhealthy feminine. Victimized. Manipulated and Manipulative. Shaming and Shamed. Submissive. Power-less.
The world, our planet, our communities, our families, our own lives are crying out for a new way. Focused. Resilient. Responsible. Nurturing. Creative. Connected.
We may have found ourselves, particularly recently, asking, “what can I do to help shift the trajectory of our planet?”.
An answer, is THIS. Coming into balance. Into alignment. Into the knowing of the Truth of who you are. At your essence.

The 13 Moon Spiral
Each 28 day cycle of the moon pulls you into a new frequency; experienced and embodied.
Mother — pressing your cheek into the warmth of the Great Mother, learning to parent yourself with tenderness.
Grace — holding your shadow up to the candlelight, seeing yourself through eyes that soften instead of scorn.
Stillness — sinking into the silence, your breath a rosary of presence.
Release — unclenching your fist, releasing the rope, being caught in Her arms.
Sovereignty — drawing the boundary, standing on your throne, declaring: I am mine.
Play — bare feet in grass, laughter in your belly, holy irreverence as medicine.
Sensations — skin alive, hips remembering, pleasure as prayer.
Passion — reclaiming your fire, letting desire lick up your spine until your voice shakes the room.
Initiation — alignment with your Truth, testing your mettle in the face of challenge and clarifying what is Real.
Wisdom — the oracle’s whisper rising from your bones, the truth you always carried. It’s not what you think.
Dreams — weaving the threads of your visions, painting the unseen into form.
Trust — leaning back into the spiral of the unknown, letting yourself be caught, again and again.
Alchemy — stitching it all into your daily rhythm, until the sacred no longer feels separate but lived.
The masculine is associated with the Sun.
The Earth takes 12 months to cycle the Sun.
The feminine follows the cycles of the moon.
13 of them, 28 days each to cycle the Earth.

Greetings! I am the host of this community and I am known as Delphine.
I spent more than 33 years in quite a few different 12 Step programs. It became the focal point of my life - my community, my friends, my service; truly an anchor no matter where in the world I traveled or lived. But no matter how hard I worked my programs, how many therapy sessions and workshops I attended, or how many personal development books I read, I always had a deeply rooted sense that there was still something missing. Something I didn’t seem to be able to touch no matter where or how I searched. It felt like a deep longing for that ineffable “something more”.
In retrospect, I see that seeds were being planted for my path to come since I was a child, but they did not begin to blossom until my mid-fifties. That was when I discovered the path of the Divine Feminine in the form of what was known as a mystery school in ancient times. Thousands of years ago, women attended years-long intensive programs of study in the feminine mysteries. And only in recent years have these schools begun to re-surface in a very public way. My path unfolded through one called the 13 Moon Mystery School*.
This path of lived initiations through the mystery school, through 12 step, through therapy and everything else has been a deep dive into the shadows and layers of what kept me from re-discovering the truth of my essence. It’s been the most challenging work I’ve ever done. And the most rewarding.
It is the fruits of my journey that I am here to share with you today. To create a community of support around re-discovering the truth of your essence - with stories, tools, ceremonies and celebrations to support you in honing your own internal GPS.
My prayer is that in serving as a trailblazer I can point out some of the potholes and pitfalls that I navigated my way through in advance, and to help you discover the resources within yourself on the occasion that you do fall in. (We all do!)
This is a container where we all will have the opportunity to grow in support and love of each other - but first, of ourselves!
